The MLB All-Star will dominate the free agency as they have already proven their worth in the games. Only a few teams will make it to the post-season and they need good players to do so. J.R. Smith, the NBA champion made an appearance at the softball celebrity games and made headlines by playing shirtless. Jamie Foxx and Anthony Mackie were also a part of the game event.

Odubel Herrera from Philadelphia Phillies was fined for an 85-game domestic violence suspension, which is the second longest in MLB history.

Jonathan Lucroy got injured in the game against the Houston Astros after he was hit by Jake Marisnick at the plate. He had to undergo a CT scan and the reports showed a broken nose and concussion.
