Other big hits and the original content of Netflix has been left behind by Lucifer. The network didn’t take long to give a green nod to season 5. The producers said that the show will now meet the destiny it was supposed to. Ildy Modrovich and Joe Henderson, the executive producers, said,

We are so incredibly thankful to Netflix for resurrecting our show last season. And for now letting us finish the story of Lucifer on our terms.

They were truly thankful to the fans for their support and passion for the show. According to the executive producers, the fans have not seen the best yet. They also announced that Lucifer season 5 will be the finale season of the show.
