Star Wars Episode 9 Trailer

The trailer of Star Wars Episode 9 is expected to drop in April with the Star Wars Celebrations. However, Star Wars: Episode IX is already being bombed with negative reviews from the audience. This is all happening in the popular movie review site Rotten Tomatoes.

What is happening on Rotten Tomatoes?

There is a section named ‘Want to see’ on the website which allows people to vote if they would like to see an upcoming movie. Although, for Star Wars: Episode 9, the rating dropped a whole 5% overnight. This has been referred to as a fake review onslaught on the movie.

This was noted by the Twitter user Bryan Young. When looked into it, we found that most of the Star Wars Episode 9 reviews were targeted at JJ Abrams and Rian Johnson. These were because of their creative decisions in the Force Awakens and the Last Jedi.
