Rick and Morty Season 4 has been among one of the most eagerly awaited TV shows of recent times. The fourth season’s release date has finally been announced by Adult Swim. The show will release in November 2019. However, we now have another detail about this upcoming season of the show – it may feature Kanye West in one of the episodes!
Let us take a closer look at this collaboration between Rick and Morty and Kanye West and what to expect from this episode:
Kanye West to Star in Rick and Morty Season 4?
American rapper Kanye West is among one of the most popular celebs in the world right now. A winner of 21 Grammy awards, Kanye is a major pop culture icon of the 21st century. Last year, Kanye West had tweeted expressing his happiness about the show getting renewed by Adult Swim for 70 more episodes!
To this, Dan Harmon, the co-creator of the show had commented that there are 70 episodes in Rick and Morty and Kanye can have one of them! West had stated that he has seen every episode of the show at least 5 times! Association with such a huge pop culture icon is going to benefit the show greatly!
It will be interesting to see if Kanye West indeed stars in one of the episodes of Rick and Morty Season 4 or will he appear in one of the forthcoming seasons.
What Else to Expect from Rick and Morty Season 4?
Given that the fourth season of Rick and Morty finally has a release date, we now know that it will come out over 2 years after the third season ended. Now that the show has been renewed for 70 more episodes, we expect Rick and Morty Season 4 to feature 14 episodes, and the subsequent seasons are likely to follow a similar pattern as well. (This means 5 seasons with 14 episodes each).
One of the episodes in Rick and Morty Season 4 is expected to feature the interdimensional cable. Furthermore, Snuffles the dog is also expected to make a return in this season. However, we know that the popular Pickle Rick character will not be making a return to the show this season. An episode with Kanye, however, sounds really interesting!
