The updated settings has now an option called AppleCare+ to check your phone’s warranty. We need to go to Settings > General > About. There will be a new entry in the options names Limited Warranty.
The expiry date of the iPhone’s warranty can be seen in this menu. Along with that, the Coverage button shows the phone’s hardware warranty. We can check whether our phone is eligible for free service and repairs here.
Win-Win for both Apple Company and iPhone Users
Earlier, users have to go through a lot of trouble for checking or extending warranty services. Finding billing papers, serial numbers and checking on a browser website was a difficult and time-consuming task.
AppleCare+ has solved this problem and also has given another cool new feature. Now an iPhone user can buy additional warranty without any hassle. AppleCare+ comes with a catalog of Warranty and Insurance plans.
