In episode 14 of Vinland Saga Season 2, we saw a cloaked figure instruct one of Canute’s men, Brodd to tell Olmar about his rejection of the king’s guard. As soon as Olmar charges, the hooded man throws a penny into Brodd’s eyes. As a consequence, Olmar slashed him using his sword. Thorgil, on the other hand, murdered Brodd’s little band.
