The Loki series is currently being produced by Disney and it is going to be a big project for the MCU. Avengers Endgame definitely had an open-ended conclusion and it has changed the future of the MCU. Even though there are no official announcements regarding future projects (apart from Spider-Man: Far From Home), we can expect Loki to come back with one project. So, there is a Loki series which is going to be available on Disney+.

The Loki series plot
Apparently, Loki is going to continue to play his role as the God of Mischief. And he is going to appear through the events of human history and influence them in unlikely ways. Also, the whole concept of time travel could be a good way to explain his death. If you remember, Loki was killed by Thanos at the beginning of Avengers: Infinity War. But, the Loki series could also be a prequel.
Loki’s role in the Marvel Cinematic Universe
Loki’s image is of a selfish, deceiving person throughout the whole the MCU series. But, he kind of redeemed himself in Thor: Ragnarok, fighting alongside Thor against Hela. And Loki definitely ended his role with grace. He died a hero. But, before dying he manages to send off Hulk to Earth. The Loki series is going to be an important spin-off of MCU. And Disney Plus is currently developing it.

Bob Iger, Disney CEO and Chairman have already revealed that Tom Hiddleston is going to play the role of Loki. And they took to Twitter to have this official announcement. But, no further information about the upcoming show has been revealed as of now.
Disney Plus is going to launch on 12 November 2019. And all the Marvel movies and series are going to available in Disney’s original online streaming platform from then.
