The characters shown in the Youtube clip are Photography Raptor, Sleepy Gary, Ghost in the Jar, Muscle Duck, and others from Rick and Morty show. All this character were part of Rick and Morty Season 2 Episode 4 titled ‘Total Rickall’.
In this episode, an entire group of Alien parasites is trying to take over the control of the earth. The duo managed to somehow defeat them, but they were expected to return in the future.
