Jujutsu Kaisen Chapter 239: A Quick Recap
In the previous chapter of Jujutsu Kaisen, a girl named Uro expresses her frustration that the Culling Game isn’t progressing as it should. Suddenly, she is attacked by Kenjaku, who traps her and seals her head with Cursed Spirits. Kenjaku sadistically talks to the lifeless body of Uro, but Iori Hazenoki appears and questions why Kenjaku is still talking to her even though she is no longer alive.
Kenjaku makes a playful offer of friendship to Hazenoki but is turned down. As the chapter proceeds, Kenjaku speaks about the requirements for becoming his friend, and Hazenoki responds that he doesn’t want any more long-haired friends, referring to Reggie Star. Kenjaku later watches Gojo vs. Sukuna and appreciates Sukuna’s Cursed Technique extension.
Later in the chapter, Kenjaku and Hazenoki fight, and Hazenoki uses his cursed technique to transform a tooth into a bomb. However, the cursed spirits surround Hazenoki and stab him through the neck. The spoilers are already out, and fans are eager to see how Takaba will face Kenjaku, given that he is currently one of the strongest sorcerers and will be hard to defeat.
