After it was said that her relationship with NFL legend Tom Brady had become “very nasty,” supermodel Gisele Bündchen reportedly hired Florida’s best divorce lawyer.

It has been said that the supermodel started getting ready for the long fight by hiring Tom Sasser, a trainer who has worked with Tiger Woods and Jeff Gordon in the past.

At the beginning of this month, 42-year-old Gisele Bündchen was seen running errands without her diamond wedding ring, which has been the subject of rumors about her marriage for a long time. This week, her 45-year-old NFL boyfriend was also seen without a ring on his finger.

Sources who talked to Page Six said that the presence of divorce lawyers has made Tom and Gisele’s already difficult breakup “very nasty.”

‘They are ready to fight,’ the source said. ‘It will take some time to divide their immense wealth and property all over the world.’

People say that the famous couple has chosen to share custody of their two kids, Benjamin, 12, and Vivian, 9. Benjamin is older than his brother. Brady has a 15-year-old son named Jack with his ex-wife, Bridget Moynahan.

Brady has been in Miami during the football season, but Bündchen has been flying all over the world lately. Since Brady’s announcement that he wasn’t going to retire, they have been living apart. Many people think that this was the cause of their ongoing fight.

He gave up football at first so he could spend more time with his family. He said he would spend more time with them because Gisele “deserves what she needs from me as a wife, and my kids deserve what they need from me as a father.”

But at the end of September, a source confirmed that Brady’s decision to go back to his favorite sport had nothing to do with their decision to move apart.

During an interview with Elle magazine in September, the mother of two said the following about how she felt about the situation: ‘I feel very fulfilled, as a mother and as a wife. And now it’s going to be my turn.’

Giselle added: ‘I’ve done my part, which is [to] be there for [Tom]. I moved to Boston, and I focused on creating a cocoon and a loving environment for my children to grow up in and to be there supporting him and his dreams.

‘Seeing my children succeed and become the beautiful little humans that they are, seeing him succeed, and being fulfilled in his career—it makes me happy.

‘At this point in my life, I feel like I’ve done a good job on that. I have a huge list of things that I have to do, that I want to do. At 42, I feel more connected with my purpose.’

Even though their relationship has been rocky, Brady said recently that he has no plans to retire in the near future. He said: ‘I love the sport, and I love the teammates, and I want to go do a great job for this team like I always have. No retirement in my future.’

This is the first season in Brady’s 13 years of marriage that his wife has not gone to any of his Tampa Bay Buccaneers games with him.

In February, Brady said that he was going to stop playing football, but just a few weeks later, he changed his mind.

‘There’s been trouble in the marriage over his decision to un-retire. Gisele has always been the one with the kids,’ the source told Page Six. ‘They had agreed he would retire to focus on the family, then he changed his mind.’

Recently, Brady said that it has been hard for him to find a good balance between work and his personal life.

During an appearance on the “Let’s Go” podcast, Brady talked with NBA superstar Kevin Durant of the Brooklyn Nets about how he balances his work and personal life. He also talked about how his mind has stayed the same throughout his long career.

‘Me being 45 now, do I think the same way? I almost look at a football season like going away on deployment,’ Brady said. ‘There’s only one way to do it.

‘We’ve talked (on the podcast) from time to time on how you enjoy certain moments of it. The reality of it is you can really only be authentic to yourself.

‘Whatever you may say – “I want to spend a little bit more time doing this” – during the season, the reality is when it comes down to it your competitiveness takes over and as much as you want to have this playful balance with the work balance, you’re going to end up doing what you’ve always done and that is why you are who you are.’

Since then, he has said that he feels bad about comparing football to deployment.

‘I don’t think there will be any coming back now,’ the source told Page Six. ‘They both have lawyers and are looking at what a split will entail, who gets what and what the finances will be.’

A source has tried more than once to get in touch with Giselle’s team to ask for comment.

Sources who can be trusted said earlier this month that Brady was “very hurt” by the rumored divorce because he was used to doing well in everything he did.

Reports say that because he has had a “very lucky life,” the divorce process has been “terrible” for him.

‘Things always seem to go his way. He works hard, he’s a good guy, he hasn’t had a lot of things go wrong in his life,’ the source told People.

‘This is awful for him. You can tell that this really, really hurts.’

The building of the power couple’s mansion in Miami has also been stopped because of Hurricane Ian.

Brady and Gisele’s plan was to build a home in Miami’s Indian Creek Country Club neighborhood that would be a safe place for them and their children for the rest of their lives.

The Post says that they paid $17 million for the land and another $10.12 million to build the custom mansion. This means that the total cost of the house is likely to be close to $30 million.

The neighborhood is called the “Billionaire’s Bunker” because so many famous and wealthy people live there, such as Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner.

People say that Brady and Bündchen are thinking about how to split their assets, which could include their property portfolio.

On the other hand, the mansion has a pickleball court, a yoga terrace, an organic garden, a prep kitchen, the main kitchen, and an outdoor kitchen. It looks like it was built for the couple in particular.

The three buildings on the 1.8-acre property are the main house, a security post, and a fitness center. In a bit of irony, it also has separate bathroom suites for men and women, which may or may not ever be used by either of the people who live there.

The Post was able to get floor plans for the house, which showed that it was a huge 17,000 square feet, had five bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, an elevator, a movie theater, and a separate apartment for guests.

Even though she was said to be upset with Brady, Bündchen was recently seen for the second time this month going to see her spiritual healer in Miami.

Brady went to the wedding of Robert Kraft and Dana Blumberg by himself. While she was at the healer, she was seen smiling for the first time in a long time.

In exclusive photos, after having lunch with healer Dr. Ewa Wieruszewska at an Indian restaurant in Boca Raton, the 42-year-old supermodel smiled happily and even flexed her biceps in exclusive photos.
