WWE vs AEW is going to bring forward a major change in the way we know the world of wrestling to be. Given that this is the first time in over two decades that WWE has competition, it will be interesting to see how Vince and co. react to it.
However, what is even more interesting is the fact that it might not even be Vince, who takes the calls here!
Reports have it that Triple H is all set to take over from Vinny Mac in the face of the WWE vs AEW competition. While Vince will still be around, Triple H will become the de-facto showrunner of WWE! Let us take a closer look at this:
Why Is Triple H Taking Over from Vince McMahon?
Given that Vince has been spending a lot of time in other projects such as the XFL, as well as the fact that he turns 74 this year, it appears that Paul “Triple H” Levesque is all set to take over the reins of the company. Vince, on the other hand, will spend more times in getting business deals such as the ones with Fox and Saudi Arabia, as well as focusing on the XFL.
Why is Triple H a Good Choice to Run the WWE?
Triple H has been running a successful promotion of his own in the form of NXT, which is almost like a parallel brand when you compare it to Raw and SmackDown. Given that he has already racked up quite the experience and is considered a better leader than an ‘out of touch’ Vince, it looks like Vince’s time running WWE might just be coming to an end and Triple H will take the WWE vs AEW war forward.
