During a social dispute at the yogurt shop, a woman was caught coughing over a baby in California. The woman was later identified as a teacher in Oak Grove School District in San Jose.
The footage of the incident went viral and, she was fired as soon as her identity got revealed. The Californian woman can be seen coughing on a one-year-old boy.
Mireya Mora – the child’s mother was pushing her son’s stroller at Yogurtland when the woman in front comes and deliberately coughs at the toddler. She says –
“It happened so quick that I was in shock that she got close, she took off her mask from the face and coughed on my son’s face.”

The Oak Grove School District in San Jose has not disclosed the identity of the woman
The school then announced that the woman was indeed a teacher. Because of this act, she has been fired after the release of the video. The district authority said –
“We want to inform our community that the District employee who was alleged to have engaged in this conduct is no longer an employee of our District.
The Oak Grove School District’s highest priority is the safety of our students and the well-being of all of the children in the community we serve.
We do not tolerate conduct from any employee that compromises any child’s safety.”

The woman has claimed that the mother was too close but later the footage shows the mother was actually following the CDC’s recommended six feet of distance. Further, Mrs. Mora said that it was a racially motivated act because the woman said –
“So you don’t understand, and do you even understand what I’m saying, like I’m not even speaking English?”

The San Jose Police Dept. doesn’t have a warrant out for the woman’s arrest. Due to which they’re unable to release her name to the public. Also, the police do not plan to charge the woman unless the child contracts the virus.
