Known for her best performance in “Suits” TV show, Meghan Markle is now recognized as Duchess of Sussex.
The actress started her career at the mere age of 23 and was flooded with auditions after connecting with Trevor Engelson, a film producer.
Hollywood: Meghan Markle’s childhood fantasy
Growing up around Hollywood studios as a child, Meghan Markle aimed to be a star.
The young Meghan reportedly would accompany her father on the sets of popular US TV shows. Her father was a lighting director for shows like “General Hospital” and “Married with Children.”
The actress’ former best pal, Ninaki Priddy, revealed before Weekend Magazine:
“a burning desire for fame that is such an integral part of Meghan Markle’s persona that it almost seems to be etched in her DNA.”
Meghan Markle — A determined social climber
Before getting married to her ex-husband, Trevor Engelson, Meghan Markle dated him for six years. The couple was showered with love and was described as lovely by Trevor Engelson’s former teacher, Carolee Kim.
Meghan and Trevor held a private wedding ceremony at a Jamaican beach resort on September 10, 2011.
Meghan claimed Trevor to be her mentor and lover. She sent him the wedding ring back 23 months after reportedly declaring that she couldn’t imagine her life without Trevor.
Meghan’s childhood best pal, Ninaki Priddy, told Weekend Magazine that success drifted Meghan away from Trevor,
“There is Meghan before fame and Meghan after fame.”
From Cute Californian star to Duchess of Sussex
Meghan never went without giving credit to Trevor for her career transition. She constantly hugged and kissed him and was besotted with him. Trevor’s uncle, Mickey-Miles Felton, said:
“the family knows the reason behind her decision to divorce Mr Engelson, but they do not want to disclose it.”
The reason for their split was commonly termed as “irreconcilable differences” in the divorce documents.
Ninaki Priddy has reportedly abandoned Meghan in sheer disgust, and told Weekend that,
“This was the man she wanted to have children with!”
