On the r/Boruto subreddit, a user by the name of u/Zealousideal-Try4666, made a post Titled, “Kaguya is the most powerful character from canon and you can’t convince me otherwise…”. The OP talks about how she is always ranked below the other Otsutsuki despite being the strongest among them.
Then the OP goes on to give their reasons as to why this is; one of the reasons was that Kaguya was infused with the 10 tails which led to her having infinite chakras that she can manipulate according to her will, and she also has the Byakugan and the Rinnesharingan abilities. They also talk about how her Ash Bones projectiles are so much power that a little scratch from them can cause the opponent to disintegrate immediately.
Thus according to the OP, the strongest character in Naruto and Boruto universe has to be Kaguya. The comments, however, disagreed, and many other characters were named.

A user by the name of u/_RedMatter_ commented the strongest character in Naruto and Boruto has to be Shibai. This led to some disagreeing in the comment where another user pointed out that Shibai’s feats are all only heard from Amado’s mouth and Amado might be lying about it.
Another commenter stated that the other Otsutsukis that were introduced later were much stronger than her. A user by the name of u/WendysMcNugget stated “She created a massive army of zetsu because she was scared of Momoshiki. There are plenty of videos explaining why she isn’t that strong. Sasuke himself stated that he would be able to handle a Kaguya level opponent on his own.”. Most comments agreed with this statement.
