The creators are already working on Rick and Morty season 5
The wait between the third and the fourth season has been the longest wait ever. And the duration between the second and the third season has been one and a half years. And it’s going to be two years between season 3 and season 4. Also, the creators have even said that the 70 episode order has really affected their creativity.

Rick and Morty season 4 will have a similar structure like season 3
Roiland said in the interview that the characters of the show resemble the characters of the Simpsons. Because they don’t really age. And Rick and Morty has mostly followed a procedural approach to the story. But, the creators realized that they get the most success when they include serialized plots.

And Roiland has also suggested the fans to watch almost all episodes of season 3 before the fourth season gets released. The beginning of the second season also marked the beginning of a few overarching story arcs which even continued till the third season. In season 3, we saw how Beth and Jerry got separated and how each member dealt with it. Of course, they got back together by the time it ended. So, Rick and Morty season 4 would also require sequential watching.
We will find a lot of Mr. Meeseeeks Look At Me
Mr. Meeseeks is going to be a recurring character in the fourth season. If you guys remember, Mr. Meeseeks is a character which lives to complete a task that a master has assigned to him. And after the task is done, he disappears in a smoke ball.
Rick and Morty season 4 will release on November 2019.
