Josh Jacobs and AJ Cole to debut
Josh Jacobs, the rookie for Alabama has shown great potential in the practice games against the Rams. Gruden wants to see Jacobs playing at high stakes and we may finally see his NFL debut with Raiders. Another player to kick off his career with Raider is the punter AJ Cole. Cole can be the next holder for Raiders as Johhny Townsend is not doing much great.
Derek Carr Replacements
Derek Carr is not expected to play in the Raiders vs. Rams game and it might give others the chance to shine. Nathan Peterman and Mike Glennon are the frontrunners in the race to replace Carr for the Oakland Raiders. Gruden himself wants to test them both out in the next game. Peterman has the potential for development and Glennon is a veteran who needs to bring his A-game back.
