People probably text the wrong number less often now that there are more ways to communicate, but when it does happen, it is still a very awkward situation. When you send a text to the wrong number, sometimes the person just says “Sorry, wrong number.”
But sometimes the person decides to play around with it. It probably depends on how the original message was written, but it is a very funny thing to read from the outside.
