The decision to run the show a week late was probably because the production house wanted more fan anticipation. A production house as big as Toei cannot lack funding for production. If such were the case, the show would go on a much longer hiatus than it is now. The production house might have taken a week’s break to build up on the animation. All the above are just speculations from various sites. The episode will release on 21st May 2023. Sunday (JST).

Chapter 1062 may finish the finale of the Zoro vs. King fight. Once episode 1062 is released, the show will run scheduled as before. The release date for the episode is set to release on 28th, May 2023, Sunday, at midnight JST. The episode will carry the aftermath of the arc. The final fight between Zoro Vs.
