There are also leaks about one other Microsoft gadget having Intel Core i5-1035G1 with 16 GB of RAM which will only be possible for an entry-level Surface Book 3 laptop. Apart from that, Microsoft Surface Book 3 will also have AMD Ryzen 5 4500U APU as the main processing unit.

While Microsoft is confident that the production of Surface Book 3 won’t be disrupted by Coronavirus outbreak, it all depends on when the disease is totally eliminated. Assuming the Covid-19 outbreak is contained soon, Microsoft Surface Book 3 should be released around November 2020 or later.
