Of late, there have been several rumours and speculations, some of them fanned by Mayweather himself which lead us to believe that a Mayweather vs Pacquiao rematch is indeed going to happen. However, as it turns out, Errol Spence Jr. might just play a spoilsport.

Will there be a rematch?
The big question is: will there be a rematch between these two giants? Well, that seemed to be the case. Earlier Mayweather visited The Philippines and while he claims he was there to get a face treatment, there might be more to it than what meets the eye.
He further teased a ‘big announcement‘ on Instagram but later deleted the post. All signs point towards a Mayweather vs Pacquiao rematch happening soon.

Nevertheless, Errol Spence Jr. might be the one who may play spoilsport here and prevent the match from happening.
Will Pacquiao take on Errol Spence Jr. instead of Mayweather?
There is also a possibility of Floyd Mayweather being cut out of the scene if Errol Spence Jr. is willing to compete as there are heavy rumours that Pacquiao might just want to take on Errol Spence Jr. instead of a Mayweather vs Pacquiao rematch.
