Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers: Daenerys Jon Snow Game of Thrones has a history of revealing unexpected twist and turns, and this might just be one of them. Fans have been talking about this theory for a long time now. Before season 8 was released, a fan on Reddit commented:

Both the show and the book series seek to portray a fantasy setting in realistic terms, clearly displaying the grim aspects of medieval life, the brutality of warfare, and the grey morality of its characters. That’s why I don’t think that either the Night King (a supernatural entity with absolutely no characterization) or Cersei (a comically evil despot) will be the big bads. Both characters are too easy to root against, and having a clear conflict between good and evil doesn’t seem in line with what we have seen from the first seven seasons.

More evidence against Dany being the ultimate villain against Jon Snow in Game of Thrones season 8

Game of Thrones season 8 spoilers: Daenerys Jon Snow Here is more evidence suggesting that the mother of dragons may finally betray our heroes in Game of Thrones season 8, including the Starks and Jon Snow.

Her ambition to sit on the Iron Throne has been the motivating factor behind her character from the very beginning of the show. Now that Jon Snow has been revealed to be the true heir to the Throne, she might just flip against the Starks to avenge it.

Although she constantly denies being like her father, the Mad King Aerys, she did burn the Tarlys alive, just as her father did to Rickard Stark. She also expects the Northerners to bend the knee to her after the battle, failing to recognize the tumultuous history between her family and the Starks.

For now, all we can do is wait and watch if Daenerys turns on her nephew and ally Jon Snow after the battle between the living and dead ends. Catch the next GoT episode on HBO on Sunday, at 9 pm.
