- Press and release the volume up button.

- Press and hold the side button.
- When the Apple logo appears, release the button.
Once you do a forced restart, the iPhone will go into recovery mode and restore option will appear in iTunes. The computer will display the message that the iPhone requires to be updated or restored because of some problem. Restore option should be selected to proceed further.
Restoring process will take several minutes, keep your phone plugged during that time. Once the restore is finished, you can use your iPhone again without any hassle.
