Angelina Chavez Torres was born in Hayden, Arizona on October 2, 1938. Very little is known about her early years and schooling. She was the daughter of Octaviano Duran Chavez and Soledad Romo Chavez. She grew up in a big household with ten siblings, including her brothers Rex Chavez and Jose (Chepe) Chavez.
For the past 50 years, she and her husband, German Torres, had a remarkable marriage. Together they welcomed six children, including five daughters.
Their five daughters are named Sylvia Brill, Angelina Cannon, AnnaMarie Ybarra, Elishevah-Elsa Torres, and Yolanda Torres. Angelina and Michael’s only son is named German Michael Torres Jr., who is a renowned film producer.
Angelina Chavez Torres was also blessed with the love of eight grandchildren: Tony, Angie, Danielle, Hannah, Brian Jr., Joshua, Christian, and Isabella, providing her with unmeasurable joy and contentment. This family bond was passed down to the next generation.

Angelina sadly passed away on July 24, 2020, in North Hollywood, California at the ripe old age of 81. Unfortunately, the precise reason for her death has not been made available to the public.
German took to Instagram to announce the news of his mother’s death in a heartfelt post honoring her memory.
“My beautiful mom, my Angel, is now an Angel with my pops. My heart is broken. I love you, mom. Thank you for being the best mom ever and loving me like you did.”
A memorial service was held for Angelina on August 05, 2020. She left behind her five daughters, son, eight grandchildren, and five great-grandchildren.
Her burial location is Pierce Brothers Valhalla Memorial Park and Mortuary at 10621 Victory Boulevard, North Hollywood. In honor of her memory, Christmas With You is a tribute to her devotion to her family and friends.
