A TikTok video shared by Alyse Carolyn has gone viral after she revealed that her mom paid her sister $500 to date 100 men before getting married. Alyse Carolyn is a Utah-based content creator who is known for making hair-related content. However, in one of her TikTok posts, she decided to expose her mom and daughter’s absurd deal.
Alyse captioned her video,
“When your mom pays your sister $500 for going on 100 dates with 100 different guys before getting married”
The video has since amassed 7.6 million views on TikTok and shows the family celebrating her sister completing the milestone of dating 100 different guys. While Alyse didn’t disclose her sister’s face or her name in the video, her sister shows the list of all 100 guys she dated on her phone.
Viewers can also see two cakes on the table where one says “100” and the other says “YAY” to celebrate her fulfilling her promise to her mother.
The video attracted all sorts of reactions and some applauded the Utah mom for not letting her daughter settle for less. One user commented, “Love it, Mom is smart.”
While others criticised the daughter for leading several men and saying that $500 wasn’t enough to date 100 men. Alyse replied to one of the comments and revealed that her sister didn’t have to pay a single penny on these dates.
