Season 2 of The Last of Us is expected to follow the story of Part II video game which is set five years after the show’s events. Joel and Ellie are settled in Wyoming. But things get difficult again when a soldier Abby finds herself in the mix with Ellie. This will be the focal point and pivotal storyline for developing Ellie’s character.
We will see several new faces apart from Abby in The Last of Us Season 2. These include Tommy, Ellie, Nora, Manny, Mel, Jordan, Owen and Nick. All these characters will reprise their video game roles in the second season of the show. Another interesting thing that you might get to see in the next season of The Last of Us is the Seraphites. This is just another group like the Fireflies. Season 2 of The Last of Us definitely promises a lot.
