The Haunting of Bly Manor is confirmed to have a 2020 release date and it won’t get delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic, as confirmed by the director Mike Flanagan. It has been around two years since “The Haunting of Hill House” came out and fans are excited to see the Crane family get back together.

The Netflix series is based on the novels of the same name by Shirley Jackson and has redefined the horror genre. They have proved that when created with passion, TV shows can be more horrifying than the best horror movies. The best part is that fans won’t have to wait much longer for “The Haunting on Bly Manor” as its still on the schedule to release in 2020 and stream on Netflix this year.

Mike Flanagan on The Haunting of Bly Manor Production and COVID-19 Delay

Mike Flanagan shared on Twitter that “The Haunting of Bly Manor” has been wrapped up and congratulated the cast and crew for making this season.

When a fan asked Mike about series 2 of The Haunting, the director replied that everything is going on as per the schedule and the filming was completed before the shutdown happened.

The post-production work will be finished soon and Netflix will announce the release date when they are ready. Mike Flanagan in an interview also revealed that The Haunting on Bly Manor won’t be delayed one bit as they wrapped everything before the COVID-19 pandemic shut down the productions.
