There have been two trailers for “Stranger Things” Season 4 till now, where the first one announced the show’s renewal and the second one revealed that Hopper is still alive as a prisoner in Russia. Here are more details on Stranger Things Season 4 new release date, trailer, spoilers and delay due to the Coronavirus pandemic.

Stranger Things Season 4 Trailer and Hopper Theories

Stranger Things Season 4 teaser titled “From Russia With Love” revealed that Hopper is still alive and held as a prisoner in Russia. There are theories that Jim Hopper might have teleported to the other side of the world when the machine in Upside Down exploded at the end of season 3’s finale. Stranger Things Season 4 will have several scenes taking place in Russia as the tagline is “We are not in Hawkins anymore” which fits the new footage.

Hopper is alive but he faces great danger in the snowy wasteland of Kamchatka from humans and monsters. If things were going as per the schedule, Netflix would have released a full trailer for “Stranger Things” Season 4 in May first week with June-July as the streaming date of the show.
