One Punch Man Season 3 release date is not announced yet but many rumors claim that the anime will premiere this year. There is a countdown website for TV shows which claims that the third season of One Punch Man will be arriving in September 2020.
Some of the reports say that the production of the show is underway and also predicts a total of 13 episodes in the next installment. There are enough One Punch Man manga chapters that can be used as source material for season 3 of the anime series. Further, a new post of Twitter hints that One Punch Man Season 3 release date is coming soon.
One Punch Man Season 3 has enough Manga Source Materials
One Punch Man Season 3 will be based on the manga series of the same name which is currently running at a good pace. There are more than 120 chapters in the manga series which is enough for the plotlines of another anime season. There is enough content in the manga chapters that can be easily adapted into 13 episodes for the series.
The manga chapters are yet to conclude the Monster Association Arc which will be the starting point in “One Punch Man” Season 3 story. The Monster Association Arc is so big that season 3 might not be enough to cover it, hinting that lack of manga source materials is no longer a problem for One Punch Man Season 3 anime plot.
One Punch Man Season 3 hinted on Twitter
One Punch Man Season 3 is also kind of hinted by the official Twitter handle (@opm_anime) of the One Punch Man anime. When season 2 of the show finished airing, they made a tweet thanking fans for the support and revealed that there is more to the show.

It may not have revealed the exact release dates for the third season, but it confirms that there will be more One Punch Man episodes. Fans might have to wait a bit longer for One Punch Man Season 3 as the show takes a lot longer due to the high production quality.
