TikTok was stunned when a groom appeared to brutally avenge his bride.
A newlywed couple in China can be seen celebrating their big day in front of a multitude of guests in a wedding clip that has gone viral on social media.
However, when the groom plays an X-rated film of his bride having a sexual encounter with another man, things quickly turn worse. The man is supposedly no stranger to the couple and is really the husband of the pregnant sister of the bride, which is the worst part.
According to News.com.au, the event happened in 2019, but it has recently come to light again on social media as a result of TikToker @Koolprince33’s sharing. The couple had been engaged for two years previous to being married, according to the news source Asia One at the time.
@Koolprince33’s post’s caption read: “Groom played a video of his wife cheating on him with her pregnant sister-in-law’s husband in front of everybody.”
The bride and groom enter the scandalous film by walking down an aisle together as their friends and family applaud them.
The bride and her brother-in-bedroom law’s film is abruptly projected onto the wall behind the pair, however, in the middle of the festivities.
The startled bride, who has been exposed, hurls her bouquet at her husband. Meanwhile, he can be heard yelling at her, as translated by News.co.au: “Did you think I didn’t know about this?”
Both the wedding guests and social media users were completely astonished; one particular film has received over 6.9 million views.
While the scandalous wedding reception generally astounded spectators, there was disagreement over whether the groom was right or wrong.
Many were on his side. “He needed to come with the receipts for everyone so she wouldn’t be lying to her fam and friends,” one person pointed out, while another claimed it was the “best revenge – in front of all their family and friends.”
Others who agreed criticized the bride, claiming that she had no right to be angry. “She had the nerve to get mad as if she’s the victim,” one commented. Another wrote sarcastically: “And SHE’S the one that gets mad at the end?”
Others, however, said that the man was foolish for planning a costly wedding solely to reveal his adulterous bride.
