Who is Sally Rychlak?
Sally Rychlak was born and raised in Dallas, Texas, and is estimated to be approximately in her late 20s. She grew up in Memphis, Tennessee, where she graduated from St. Agnes Academy before continuing her education at the University of Mississippi.
During her time at Ole Miss, Rychlak was actively involved in the Student Marketing Association as well as the organizations Alpha Kappa Psi, Alpha Lambda Delta Honor Society, Phi Kappa Phi, and Beta Gamma Sigma Business Honor Society.
During her time as an undergraduate student, she held positions as an orientation leader and development associate for the School of Business. Following her graduation from Ole Miss in 2019 with a degree in marketing, she spent four years working as a Pure Barre instructor in Oxford, Mississippi.
Since August 2022, Sally Rychlak has been employed as a Major Gifts Officer at Southern Methodist University. Before this, she held the position of Development Officer for the School of Pharmacy at the University of Mississippi from May 2019. Additionally, she worked as a fitness instructor at Pure Barre in Oxford for almost four years until July 2022.
Lane Kiffin & Sally Rychlak’s Relationship
Despite not officially confirming their relationship, Kiffin and Rychlak have been romantically involved for some time. In May 2023, Rychlak shared photos of them together on Kiffin’s birthday and wrote a caption about it.

On August 2, 2023, Lane Kiffin publicly acknowledged his relationship with Sally Rychlak by posting a picture of them together on X, along with the tweet, “Happy #NationalGirlfriendDay 💙”.
It appears that Sally Rychlak has already formed a close bond with Lane Kiffin’s family. She was seen in a Twitter photo with Kiffin’s dog, Juice, during a day out with his other girlfriends. Who is Lane Kiffin?

Fortunately, his time at the University of Mississippi proved to be a positive experience, bringing both career and personal achievements for Lane Kiffin. He was previously married to Kayla Kiffin.
In 2004, Lane Kiffin and Layla Kiffin became husband and wife, but their marriage ended in 2016. They share three children: a daughter named Landry Kiffin, born on December 13th, 2005, a younger daughter named Presley, born in 2017 in Oakland, California, and a son named Knox, born in 2009.
Following their divorce, Layla was granted custody of the children. However, the ex-spouses have a harmonious co-parenting arrangement, as the kids frequently visit their father, allowing Lane to maintain a strong relationship with them.
