Real Madrid has decided to replace interim coach Santiago Solari with Leonardo Jardim, former AS Monaco manager as a next manager for a long term proposal as instructed by La Liga rules leaving them under heavy pressure to make a quick decision.

Jardim almost won 127 games and had lost 55 times out of 233 matches. Real Madrids have got attracted by the work of him.
