Fans got some truly heart-warming scenes from the last episode of the show. Brienne was finally sworn to knighthood by Jaime Lannister. She couldn’t have asked for more. The Lady warrior has been instrumental to Jamie’s journey in the previous seasons. The two went through the drama together when they were thrust in captivity.
Jaime saved Brienne of Tarth from a grizzly bear and the two became friends for life. Even after they parted ways and Jaime returned to Cersei Lannister (Lena Headey), things remained the same between them. On seeing each other once again at Winterfell, the two knew that things haven’t changed between them.
The two were incredibly distressed preparing for the battle. From the latest pictures, we can interpret that these may their last moments together. Furthermore, Jamie did just bestow Brienne with knighthood which several fan spoiler theories believe to be a confirmation for both the characters death in the next episode.
Jaime stepping up to knight Brienne on their last night before the white walkers were due to arrive in Winterfell, it could have been a foreshadowing of what’s to come.
Till now, we haven’t caught a glimpse of Viserion, now the Night King’s dragon. But thousands of dead men are already ready to attack any moment.
Jaime and Brienne have gone through a lot together and it only makes sense that they will die together in Game of Thrones season 8 episode 3. But Jaime still has some unfinished business with Cersei. Meanwhile, Tormund Giantsbane was seen trying his best to impress Brienne. However, she didn’t seem interested at all.
