If you have grown during the Disney era, you might remember the popular villains like Maleficent, Cruella, and more. While the movies featuring these villains were successful, in recent times, Disney villains reimagined through their own origin stories.
With this re-imagination, some fans are a little confused because Cruella de Vil’s transition from antagonist to protagonist was easy not to notice at first.
Though everything was the same, her iconic opera-style cigarette holder was not there anymore. Oh no!
Between her massive fur coat, black and white hairstyle, and long opera-style cigarette holder, Cruella De Vil certainly has a memorable character design.

But regardless of the reason for it, some fans saw this as an odd move considering who Cruella is about.
