At the end of the first season of Derry Girls, the show took a poignant turn. Lisa Mcgee, the showrunner said that she is thinking about covering the ceasefire in Derry Girls Season 2. Also, she is planning to give one of the girls a boyfriend or set Clare up with a girlfriend. She also wants to put James in a band. McGee also confirmed that she will include Bill Clinton’s visit to Derry in 1995.
