A wildlife warrior is emerging from Grace Warrior!
Bindi Irwin posted a sweet picture of her and her 17-month-old daughter wearing matching khaki outfits on Instagram on Wednesday.
Grace wore a collared khaki jumper, while Irwin, 24, wore green pants and a khaki button-down shirt from Australia Zoo. In the photograph, they appeared to be on zoo property.
“Khaki isn’t just a colour, it’s an attitude.?,” Irwin captioned the photo, adding the hashtag, “#WildlifeWarriors.”
While many commenters noted how much Grace resembles her mother, a few said the toddler is starting to look more and more like Chandler Powell.
“So cute. Looking just like Daddy,” one wrote while another said, “Grace is so like her Daddy.”
Powell, 25, shared a cute video of Grace attempting to assist him in feeding their chickens on Saturday.
“Being Grace’s dada is my favorite thing on Earth and these moments will stay with me forever,” he wrote in the Instagram caption.
Powell made fun of the fact that he loved chicken food in the video when Grace pretended to feed him instead. “That’s so tasty, no wonder they like it so much,” Powell told his daughter.
In the post’s comments section, Irwin penned: “❤️❤️❤️ Grace always there to feed everyone. Chickens, her parents … it’s a big job!”
Powell also shared a family photo of Irwin and their daughter last week. Grace looked adorable in her khaki jumper even though the couple was wearing the same Australia Zoo khaki button-down in the picture.
The father honored his wife with a kind message in the caption.
“Taking a moment to appreciate the strongest, bravest and kindest person I know, @bindisueirwin,” he wrote. “Grace and I both got so lucky to have you in our lives. No matter what, we can always count on you. We appreciate everything you do day in and day out. You are one tough mama and we love you so much❤️.”
