The Rock vs Elias might just be on the cards up next. We all know that Rocky doesn’t really fight full-length matches anymore due to his insurance-related issues. However, he does participate in occasional squash matches every now and then and hits random wrestlers with a Rock Bottom, just to remind us how good he still is! This makes a feud with Elias perfect for him. But how did we even reach here?
While Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson wasn’t present at the WWE Raw Reunion show, Elias took shots at him on Twitter.

Even before one could speculate if ‘The Great One’ was coming to the WWE Raw Reunion show, Elias dropped a spoiler saying that there would be no sing-off between him and The Rock. He tweeted that The Rock was ‘too afraid’ to be in the ring with him! This got him a lot of heat on Twitter and looks like it is a start of a rivalry between the two which will eventually get a payoff sometime soon.

As of this writing, there’s nothing certain about this match happening anytime soon. But even when it does happen it is likely to be more of a segment than a match. Besides, who wants to even see The Rock face Elias, of all people! Ugh!
