The trade war between the United States and China as well as the accusations of industrial reconnaissance, are bound to have a negative impact on the aerospace meeting of China which will be held this week.
The suppliers will now be considering the impact of the slowing economy of China on the demands of jets.
The Airshow China, held biennially will take place in the city, Zhuhai from November 6th to 11. The show is an opportunity utilized to the fullest by Beijing to flaunt its aviation prowess to the aerospace executives, arms buyers and even diplomats from more than 40 other nations.
According to the analysts, big deals or important headlines are not expected out of this event this year because of the trade war between China and the United States. The not so healthy state of the economy of China is another reason to turn off the guests to make any good from the event.

According to a senior executive, the Commercial Aircraft Corp of China’s (COMAC) [CMAFC.UL] C919 will not be flying in the event as it is undergoing test flights. Whereas the other planes like the Airbus SA and Embraer will fill up the tarmac.
A Chinese aviation expert, Li Xiaojin said that they are not expecting any big turnouts from the event this year. He further added that since the Chinese economy is not performing well therefore the number of people sent by the companies would be reduced.
China has become an important market for airlines deals because of the expansion in its fleets in order to meet the increasing travel demands and enabling the country to reach a position where it can now overtake the United States thereby becoming the world’s best aviation market in the next 10 years or so.
