During a welfare check, an officer, Brian Zach and his wife from Arizona has officially adopted a little girl, Kaila. Unfortunately, this adorable angel had suffered abuse and multiple injuries at the hands of her caretakers.

“We colored, we snacked … she held my hand and she was just this cute little thing,” Zach told Good Morning America. Kaila is now in safe hands and we are super happy for her.
