The last episode of Money Heist season 3 ended with Nairobi getting shot down by the authorities while robbing the bank of Spain. The gang was surrounded and most of them were injured or trapped which lead to thinking that they will be caught. Nairobi was shown falling to her death but the latest teaser trailer for Money Heist season 4 shows her with the other alive cast members.
Although it could just be a ruse to avoid spoilers, there could be new plot twists on the fate of Nairobi and remaining thieves. There are also a lot of theories for La Casa de Papel 4 saying that El Professor will go crazy when he gets to know that his love Lisbon is dead and he will declare war on the authorities. It is also speculated that new gang members who have infiltrated the police will help the Professor and his team in the fourth season.
