According to reports in a US Magzine, Eli Russell Linnetz, the director of the video first shared footage of it on his Instagram. He alongside the video posted the caption, “i directed this three years ago. no ones ever seen it before. #feelme”

E! News spoke to Linnetz recently about the video. “It features Kylie coming out of Kim’s vagina,” he said. “The metaphorical meaning being that there would be no Kylie without Kim.”
