Kanye West is back at it again… Or is he? The rapper is reportedly missing OR avoiding certain people on purpose. The Internet went into a rage after it was revealed that West’s ex-business manager was not able to locate him. Thomas St. John is having trouble finding him as he attempts to serve the rapper with a $4.5 million lawsuit. The lawsuit claims that Thomas was not paid for an 18-month guaranteed term working for the rapper. However, he was paid for three months which was the duration he worked for.
The lawsuit claims, “When confronted by the 18-month commitment that had just been made, Kanye stated words to the effect of ‘The 18-month term was bulls–t’ and ‘You’re insane for even thinking I would stick to it.” This is yet another controversy for the ‘Heartless’ singer following his anti-Semitic comments. He also severed his working relationships with Balenciaga and Adidas. West also separated from his ex-wife Kim Kardashian.

The court filing stated, “We were advised about a new law firm for defendants, but not a specific point of contact. We subsequently learned of information in the news that the law firm identified as new counsel was not affiliated with the defendants. Accordingly, we have not been able to serve defendants through their counsel. As a general matter, we have had difficulty confirming the best current address of Kanye West.”
The manager claimed that he tried to serve Kanye at “three separate addresses” in California. His homes in Hidden Hills, Malibu, and Calabasas. The filing further reads, “For Mr. West, despite our diligent efforts, we were unable to ascertain his current residential address, and therefore, have not yet made attempts to serve him personally. Instead, we have attempted to service him by mail at multiple possible addresses.” Thomas added, “We will continue to make diligent and reasonable attempts to serve defendants.”
