Roger has recorded Jenni’s conversation over the phone and he said that did this based on the advice of his advocate. He made a statement that there were around 5 cameras which kept on recording. He also said that she only had the access. He said that Jenni threatened him that she would do some footage editing to belittle him.
The video footage was posted by Snooki, which shows the JWoww’s conversation with police. The audio was not clear but only thing could be figured out is he wants to meet the kids. For which she had replied that he would be allowed to meet them.
The officer has told Jenni that she could be away from Roger but he should be allowed to meet the kids.
Roger said that JWoww was not in control on that night and she threatened him saying that she would be calling the police. She also filed a case and said the police about their arguments. Then that night he reached his home to sleep and the police awakened him around 2.30 am in the early morning. They said that he had to leave the house immediately because they have got the order.
The police did not arrest him but they have taken him to one of his friends’ home. Roger busted out in his emotions at his friend’s house and said that Jenni is not allowing him to see his kids. She has projected Roger to her children as very bad and feels sorry for having children with Roger. Yet Roger cries out saying that he did no wrong but Jenni mistook him assuming that he would treat her bad.
She has applied for divorce but he is very strong that he would never give up their marriage.
