Legal documents obtained by TMZ has confirmed that Jenna has filed a divorce from her husband Channing Tatum. This divorce petition was filed last Friday at Los Angeles . Both of them have cited differences that couldn’t be reconciled at all.
According to the documents submitted by the powerful attorney Samantha Spector has also demanded for the joint legal and physical custody of their five year old daughter, Everly. Samantha said that they had obtained Channing’s reply and he also has agreed in principle for the joint custody. She further said that Channing wants to block court’s decision to grant Jenna spousal support to Everly.

Channing and Jenna had met on the sets of the film “ Step Up “ in the year 2006 and decided to marry in July 2009. Then this April they announced they were going to separate. It was practically a three year honeymoon.
