It has taken a toll on James who is also not in his prime age anymore, which is why it was hinted that the character won’t return for field missions anymore. Wendell Pierce will now play the role of James Greer doing a desk job which he has somehow always hated and it could be an interesting storyline in Jack Ryan Season 3. Michael Kelly as Mike November, one of the CIA agents could be the next to partner with John Krasinski’s Jack Ryan returning for the third season.

Jack Ryan Season 3 release date in 2020 looks almost impossible as it was revealed that the new showrunner and John Krasinski are still working on the script. The Amazon Prime original show has massive production value and is shot in the outdoor location making it very difficult to follow the same release patters. Fans can expect Jack Ryan Season 3 to premiere on Amazon Prime Video in 2021 at the earliest.
