Game of Thrones Season 9 should definitely happen after the disappointing ending that destroyed the whole show. The ending of Game of Thrones season 8 was so bad, it even canceled several of the planned prequels. HBO couldn’t do much as the showrunners David Benioff and DB Wiess had the rights to story adaptation but now that it’s over, they could make a sequel to continue the story and repair the damage done by the final episode.

Game of Thrones left the ending to Danerys Targaryen dying at the hands of Jon Snow when her Dragon lifted her and flown out of the castle. There are several theories that Drogon could go to Essos and take Queen Dany to the second Red woman who could do some magic and bring her back to life.
Several of the main characters in Game of Thrones have come back from the dead and Dany has already defied death many times. It would be so nice to have Game of Thrones Season 9 where Dany comes back on Drogon and kill everyone who betrayed her and takes her final revenge.
Game of Thrones Season 9 Release Possible?
Game of Thrones Season 9 release possibilities are very less, but we have seen so many TV shows coming back in some sort of way even after they are ended. There are already Game of Thrones prequels and spin-offs planned, what’s the harm in showing what happens to Jon Snow, Tormund and the rest of free folk after they move to the other side of the wall.

Game of Thrones Season 9 could also show the fate of the Seven Kingdoms now that there is democracy in Westeros, they could also have a series based on travel adventures of Arya Stark. There are options and if HBO wants it, season 9 of Game of Thrones could easily happen.
