The fans saw the multiple reunions in the first episode of Game of Thrones Season 8. It included a scene between Gendry and Arya, the long lost allies. The two successfully made their way to Winterfell to fight alongside Daenerys Targaryen and Jon Snow.

Arya already has an assignment for Gendry. She wants him to make a new weapon. According to a theory, this weapon will be used for killing the Night King. But she may not be the one who wields it. The Game of Thrones season 8 spoiler theory suggests that the weapon is for Bran Stark. Arya already has a Valyrian steel dagger and a weapon of her own. She has already fought and killed several people in the past.
Arya also fought as an equal with Brienne of Tarth. This makes it clear that she doesn’t need a new weapon. The Redditor writes that the weapon could be for Bran.
Episode 1 made it very clear that Bran can see into the future and this commissioned weapon is for Bran when the Night King comes after him.
The spoiler theory is highly plausible for Games of Thrones season 8 ending and interesting as well. The weapon looks like a spring-loaded hidden projectile weapon. It will be easy for Bran to use it from a distance and will be easy to use due to his limited mobility.
However, in a spoiler for Game of Thrones season 8 episode 2 preview, we also saw Arya Stark fighting in the Battle of Winterfell using a weapon which looks similar to the weapon which Gendry is making for her. Arya made sure that dragon glass should be used for making the spear. We will have to wait and see what happens.
