She has an older sister named Natalie Alyn Lind and a younger sister named Alyvia Alyn Lind, both of whom are actresses.

Emily Alyn Lind began her career in film as a child actress in 2008 with her role in The Secret Life of Bees. Since that time, she has featured in various films, including Dear Dumb Diary, Enter the Void, J. Edgar, The Haunting in Connecticut 2: Ghosts of Georgia, and Movie 43. Additionally, she portrayed Emma Lavery in the soap opera All My Children.
Lind has played recurring roles in the ABC television series Revenge as the young Amanda Clarke and in the ABC series Eastwick as Emily Gardener.
Additionally, she has made appearances in various series, including Days of Our Lives, Medium, Flashpoint, Criminal Minds, Suburgatory, and Hawaii Five-0.
