Buffalo Woman Dies in Horrific Snowstorm, Waited in Car For 18 Hours!

A historic snowstorm currently laying waste throughout Buffalo claimed the life of an innocent woman. Anndel Taylor was trapped in her car in the snow on Friday and decided to wait out the storm. However, she froze to death in the process shaking her family. Sadly, she was one of the 35 people who became a victim of the horrendous weather conditions being witnessed. It is said that Taylor sent her family a video.

Anndel Taylor sent the video to her family 18 hours before her death due to the snowstorm. When discovered, 50 inches of snow was surrounding her vehicle in the snowstorm. Taylor’s sister, Shawnequa Brown told the news, “I don’t know if any of us really knew how serious it was, we didn’t see the news, we didn’t really know what was going on in Buffalo. She was telling my sister that she was scared.” Taylor told her family group that she was stuck in blinding snow that was piling up fast. It was explained that Taylor called 911 but the first responders could not reach her due to the snow.

Erie County Executive Mark Poloncarz posted on his Twitter addressing the snowstorm, “We can announce that the driving ban has been reduced to an advisory for Cheektowaga as of 7am. Bans are still in effect for the City of Buffalo and City of Lackawanna. All of Erie County remains under a State of Emergency.” He also wrote, “Very sadly, the @ECDOH Medical Examiner has confirmed another 2 deaths from the Blizzard. Total deaths are now 27. Of these: – 3 were from an EMS Delay; – 14 were found outside; – 3 were from shoveling/blowing cardiac events; – 4 were from no heat; & – 3 were in a vehicle.”

Tomeshia Brown, Taylor’s sister, told the news, “I feel like everybody that tried to get to her got stuck. Fire department, police, everybody got stuck. Why didn’t they have chains on their tires? This is a state that is known for snow. The car was running, and the snow was still coming, so it blocked the pipes, the exhaust pipe. Then after the car cut off, that’s when she iced up.”

Tommie Brown posted on her Facebook saying post her sister’s death due to the snowstorm. She wrote, “RIP Baby You Will Always Be With Me.! I Will Never Let Your Memory Die. I Love You So Much Anndel And I Just Wanna Show You That.! I Just Wanna Bring You Home, Get You Warm and Wake You Up.! You Can Wake Up Now Anndel …… …… I Never Would Have Let You Leave If I Felt This Would Happen.. Forever My Girl .! My Star My Sister, My Anndel”
