With the Monterey Five having surrendered themselves to the police, it appears that the second season has ended on a cliffhanger. The show, which was originally meant to be a mini-series got a second season – and now possibly a third season is looming too. Many people on Twitter are already calling out the directors saying how can they end it on such a note and have begun demanding Big Little Lies Season 3!
The show has a unique appeal and has some of the best actors from Hollywood including the likes of Meryl Streep, Nicole Kidman and Alexander Skarsgård among others.

The third season of the show has not been officially announced as of this writing but we expect that announcement to be made soon. Given how the first and the second season released and the time it took between the two seasons, Big Little Lies Season 3 release date is likely to be around February to March 2021.
