Former President, Barack Obama is completely done with US people’s pathetic excuses for not voting him again in the upcoming midterm election that is supposed to happen this November.
In a new video post “Get Out the Vote” from the famous media company ATTN, Obama amusingly picks 7 primary reasons that people gave for not bothering to exercise their basic democratic right – the right to cast a vote/ballot.
Obama expresses his anger at one point where he says that one cannot use Google to figure out which election candidate on the local ballot thinks that climatic change is a complete hoax or the earth is flat. He also cleverly tackles the reason that few people gave saying that they weren’t informed enough to take the right decision.
And for those set-off people who didn’t even bother to cast their vote in midterms because they felt voting is boring, Obama’s message to them was– you know what is actually boring? Just scrolling down through your endless pictures of your dinner on the Instagram page.
Obama considers these reasons to be the weakest reasons that were said by the people of the United States. But he also feels that these reasons were honest.
Though a few reasons would make people roll their eyes, they are the most common excuses that nearly majority of the people have encountered in their life at least once.
Yet for each and every lame excuse that was given by the citizen of the US, Obama proves he has the chance to give an excellent and commanding response to all the excuses. One important fact is that all these responses are both entertaining as well as informative.
To make it simple, the same reasons would work for the majority of the countries.
